2026-09-16

China International ITS Industry Expo 2027 (CITSE) has successfully completed its three-stop Southeast Asia investment promotion roadshow covering Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia, and fully established a full-chain core resource network covering core ITS markets across ASEAN.

l Bangkok, Thailand

As the inaugural stop of this Southeast Asia investment promotion roadshow, the CITSE overseas team leverages the Thailand National Science and Technology Expo platform to showcase China’s cutting-edge technologies and industrialized achievements in AI traffic governance, vehicle-road coordination, smart highways and other fields, and discuss ideas for further deepening smart transportation industrial project cooperation. Meanwhile, the team visited core government and industry entities including the Expressway Authority of Thailand, the Office of the Permanent Secretary for Transport Policy and Planning, and EVAT, compiling a precise industry demand list to lay a solid foundation for subsequent targeted investment promotion work.

l Singapore

The team conducted in-depth docking with leading intelligent transportation system integrators such as SUTP Singapore, Willowglen and TTS Group, and held closed-door industrial discussions on three core directions: mutual technology certification, local scenario implementation, and Chinese enterprises’ overseas expansion, officially opening up a two-way industrial channel for technology transformation and project landing in the Sino-Singapore smart transportation sector.

l Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Following the successful implementation of the Thailand and Singapore stops, CITSE precisely connected with benchmark entities at the regulatory, operation and technology implementation ends, including the Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA), PLUS Malaysia Berhad and Hikvision Kuala Lumpur HQ, covering all core resources of Malaysia’s smart highway value chain in one go, laying a solid foundation for long-term cross-border Sino-Malaysian smart highway cooperation.

Smart transportation

Building on the successful 3-market Southeast Asia roadshow, CITSE will expand its global smart mobility stakeholder ecosystem to more core ITS markets worldwide. As a professional ITS industry docking platform, CITSE aims to eliminate cross-border information silos. It not only delivers full market entry pathways for Chinese ITS enterprises expanding overseas, but also acts as a dedicated showcase for global partners to access China’s top-tier smart transport technologies and integrated solutions.
