Recently, the CITSE 2027 Organizing Committee paid visits to the Consulates General of Spain, Israel, Brazil, Indonesia, Germany and Kenya in Guangzhou, alongside the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Xiamen. In-depth discussions were held covering overseas promotion, investor recruitment for CITSE 2027 and cross-border cooperation within the intelligent transportation sector, with multiple cooperation consensus reached.
All consulates fully acknowledged the value of CITSE as a professional, international platform. Taking into account the unique strengths of their respective national transportation industries, they pledged to cooperate with local industry associations, tech innovators and economic & trade institutions to fully support CITSE’s overseas marketing, overseas delegation participation as well as cross-border technological and business matchmaking. CITSE 2027 will further extend its international cooperation reach and foster greater global connectivity for the smart transportation industry.
CITSE 2026 welcomed participants from 24 countries and regions across five continents, including 35 overseas exhibitors from Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, as well as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan of China. It achieved new breakthroughs in the scope of international participation and industrial representation.
Scheduled to take place in Xiamen next May, CITSE 2027 will build on the solid foundation of its debut edition and further expand its global network. The event is expected to gather nearly 1,000 smart transportation professionals and trade buyers from more than 80 countries and regions, representing remarkable growth in visitor volume and geographic coverage. CITSE will continue to partner with foreign embassies and consulates in China, industry associations, research institutes and leading enterprises to develop a globally influential core platform for intelligent transportation resource matching, technology launches and joint industrial development. It serves as an efficient gateway for Chinese and international enterprises to tap into the global smart transportation market.
