It is through our exhibition that we demonstrate the entire technological spectrum and cutting-edge solutions for the creation of Intelligent Ships.
A smart ship is a blueprint that is the first step of its realization. Besides revealing comprehensive design options for the architecture of the whole ship system, the flow of information, and standardized interfaces, we also showcase the intelligent management and control system that is the integrated "Brain of the Ship" which is the smart ship's control center.
Intelligent Navigation System is smart features. We first show the autonomous decision-making methods capable of multi-source perception fusion and getting a very accurate situational awareness to be followed by other advanced functions such as remote-controlled operation and automatic collision avoidance, thus depicting the future era of marine navigation.
A supporting concept requires strong intelligent 'senses' and 'nerves' The perception systems for Intelligent Ships that we introduce consist of intelligent hardware, advanced sensors, and data fusion technologies which together can monitor the environment for navigation, vessel's,equipment's, and cargo's status, in real-time. Moreover, highly reliable network and communication solutions comprising ship area networks,integrated ship-shore communication, and maritime ad-hoc networks are enabling the uninterrupted, real-time data and command exchanges.
Intelligent changes can be seen everywhere not only from core parts to whole systems, but also at the interface. We unwrap the technology development road map for the basic perception and control units intended for Intelligent Ships and simultaneously, the retrofit solutions for the existing systems like power, navigation, and cargo handling. Moreover,new intelligent devices that deeply combine information and control indicate higher levels of integration as well as performance.
Throughout all intelligent advancements, Ship Data Security is the major support that cannot be left aside. We describe in detail how Intelligent Ships are equipped with multi-layered security defenses that are integrated: with the facilities providing interference and intrusion prevention for network and data link transmissions (ship-shore-port, ship-to-ship) as well as those ensuring hardware and software protection from unauthorized access and tampering, and also the all-around technologies for encryption, tamper-proofing, and safe recovery of data during its life cycle make sure that the performance and reliability of intelligent systems are kept to the highest degree.
