Highway Digitalization | Guangxi Jiaoke's "Jian E" Intelligent Inspection Vehicle Rolls Off the Production Line, Driving the Digital Transformation of Highway Maintenance
On September 12, Guangxi Jiaoke Group officially rolled off the production line of its independently developed "Jian E" intelligent multi-dimensional road inspection vehicle and complete technology suite. As my country's first "intelligent diagnosis and treatment platform" for highways integrating millimeter-level sensing, intelligent diagnosis, scientific decision-making, and automated design, this product marks a new stage in data-driven road inspection and maintenance in China.
"Discover Guangxi Jiaoke's 'Jian E' intelligent inspection vehicle, a cutting-edge solution for the digital transformation of highway maintenance. This AI-powered vehicle enables automated road inspection, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in transportation infrastructure management. Learn more about this innovation from a leading Chinese intelligent transportation equipment manufacturer."

The "Jian E" inspection vehicle integrates over 80 high-precision sensors, including Doppler vibrometers, 3D laser scanners, and ground-penetrating radar, capable of simultaneously measuring over 50 road indicators and achieving integrated "air, ground, and space" full-area perception. Equipped with its independently developed AI system, "Kebao," it automatically identifies data and accurately diagnoses defects, enhancing performance assessment and safety warning capabilities through multi-source data fusion analysis.

The accompanying automated maintenance design system integrates AI recognition, modeling, and drawing capabilities, enabling automatic calculation of engineering quantities, autonomous process selection, and one-click CAD drawing generation, increasing design efficiency by more than three times and significantly reducing costs. This technology has been supported by many national and autonomous region-level scientific research projects. In the future, it will be expanded to areas such as autonomous driving simulation testing, accelerate the industrialization process, and promote the "detection-diagnosis-decision-making-design" full-link intelligent model to serve the whole country and the ASEAN region.

“The recent rollout of the 'Jian E' intelligent inspection vehicle from Guangxi Jiaoke marks a significant leap forward in highway maintenance technology. This vehicle is not merely a tool but a comprehensive mobile data platform, designed to accelerate the digital transformation of how we manage and preserve transportation infrastructure. By integrating advanced sensors, artificial intelligence (AI infrastructure inspection), and cloud computing, the vehicle can autonomously identify road defects, collect asset data, and generate actionable reports in real-time. This move positions Guangxi Jiaoke as a key player in providing smart solutions for pavement condition survey and asset management, offering governments and contractors a faster, safer, and more cost-effective alternative to traditional manual road inspection methods.”
